@Ben, I am unable to submit names as when I click submit it goes to the “oops, we suck.” page. I’ve tried all day long and on multiple browsers. I haven’t seen any new names being submitted by other users either.
@Kluster, you might wanna add back at least 8 hours to each of the projects since they were technically inactive all day. i think the clients and community deserve it. thanks.
Check out http://www.pcnames.com/ for your domain name checks.
Better than godaddy.com etc.
Checks as you type and lots of tld’s, ie. .com .net .org .info .biz and .us
And they have some very useful tools in the tools section.

@Kluster/Ben, ALERT: There are a few projects that are set to end soon (10+ hours) and they literally have no names submitted because of the community can’t submit names. These projects need to be restarted once the issue is fixed! Any ETA on this issue or the payments issue, etc.
You should shut down the whole site when having problems like these.
It is more or less senseless for the clients to start new projects here when nobody can submit names.

I am not sure where to put this or if I am the only one, but I am having a hard time voting. I will vote say 5 on something, then I come back later to see new names and it only has one vote for the name I put 5 on. It some times takes multiple trips to get it to register. Can this be fixed?
@Billy sometimes it happens when you click too fast ….so click the votes a bit more slowly or wait for the page to fully load

@Nicholas, you can find the load button in your dashboard
so click on your name in namethis.com (upper right corner)
click on dashboard (upper right corner too)
Click on your cash (left side)
and beside the total amount you’ll see a load card button
but remember that you can only load up 200 per 30 days. and that you need to have the card itself

any 1 else see a funny pattern here .Theses are the winners of a coupla projects and it seems that unless you are a certain exp level you might as well save your time i think theres some algorithmical discrimination going on. Hint all the noobs jus vote for experienced and youll get exp to also vote for the cats that have the most exp no matter if its good its working for me so in order to get my stuff considered im sacrificing my input

I was able to order my card using my iphone, for some reason it wouldnt appear on a pc nor a mac. If you have an iphone or itouch give it a try from there

I use http://www.zentu.net/domains it is a real-time checker which makes it a lot quicker
PCNames.com is purer/better as Zentu is just passing you through to PCNames.com anyway.
Plus tools they have on PCNames.com are really useful.
But I like Troys one too with the slot machine approach to interface!

one more thing: a project just ended with only 42 names submitted before the submission issue arose…i don’t think that it fair to the client.
